Can’t Touch This!
~ I had a very good week at work. I was in need of a week like this. It wasn’t insanely busy, I wasn’t running around like a chicken with its head cut off (much), and I got a lot of positive feedback from patients, their families, and nurses. It makes a big difference! I have the type of job that, when you go into work each day, you really can’t predict what kind of night you’ll have . It depends on what patients I am assigned to, which nurses are caring for those patients, staffing, other factors….
It’s always nice when everything comes together and ends up in a good night, or better yet, a good work week.
~ I got so many comments on my post about thrifting! I think it’s the most comments I’ve received on one post since starting this new blog. So, I will definitely continue posting about my thrifting deals! We’ll be hitting our favorite thrift shop today, so keep an eye out for a new post.
~ I am doing a giveaway on Monday, so be sure you come back by and check it out!
~ We have a busy and productive weekend planned. Now let’s hope we actually accomplish what we hope to accomplish!
~ My great-niece, Hayleigh, is two years old. She loves to wash her hands and likes to remind her mommy after diaper changes or potty breaks to wash her hands. Recently in a public restroom, she also kindly reminded a total stranger to wash HER hands! She was just trying to be helpful….and hygienic!
~ Do you follow me on Instagram? Because you should. If you did, you’d have already seen these:
OK my friends, I’m sure I have more fragments floating around my head,
but my eyes are drifting shut…..y’all have a super weekend !|
And don’t forget to visit Mrs 4444 for more Friday Fraggin’ Fun.
Sounds like a wonderful week. Hope your weekend is as wonderful.

I’m a germaphobe so I appreciate your niece telling everyone to wash their hands. I do the same. it doesn’t come across cute from a 42 yr old woman 🙂
I need to check out your Instagram – I’m always a sucker for pictures.

I like your Hammer Time reference.
2 yr old hand washing – strangers will accept the advice until she turns about 4 maybe. She must like to share her knowledge.
Odd speed limit sign – I worked at a large facility and I think the parking lot speed limit 17.5 or something like that. It caught your attention and that’s was the point.

I’m so glad someone had a good week at work, this week. My husband’s had a tough week. (He works in a hospital, managing Radiology) I hope you’ll both have a relaxing weekend.
I’ll have to check out your post about ‘thrifting’. Sounds interesting!

I didn’t have a great week at work, but I’m glad you did! I bet they do it because it makes people take notice and hopefully slow down! Who looks at a 20 or 25 mph sign?

Someone else suggested the same thing, and I bet you’re right! I never thought of that. The employees ride around on golf carts and I guess they don’t want us going any faster than they do. lol

Glad you had a better week! Somedays you need to feel like it flows and not like you’re always swimming upstream.
Keep the thrifting posts coming — I love thrifting!

So glad to hear you had a good week, hopefully this coming week will be just as good. Love the bracelet, my daughter has one similar to that. Thrift shopping is so much fun, maybe I will get over to one or two thrift shops this week. Have a wonderful week!
